The Buyer’s Agent, Bradford Realty represents buyer’s exclusively in their search and purchase of a home. The biggest advantage to our services is that we don’t list any properties for sale, so we can and will represent your interest 100% of the time without any prejudice towards any one property.

As your buyer’s agent, we exclusively represent you when buying a home. We’ll help you find and then negotiate the best price for your new home, negotiate lower closing costs, and help you find the best mortgage and insurance rates. We will be by your side until the very end.

Jim Bradford

Jim Bradford is a life long native of Birmingham living in Mountain Brook as a child and now residing in Vestavia Hills.  After graduating from Samford University with a degree in Business Management in 1984, he worked in the family food brokerage business for 16 years. In 2000 he earned his real estate license and bought The Buyer’s Agent company in Birmingham. He earned his broker’s license in 2004 and has served as the Qualifying Broker for The Buyer’s Agent, Bradford Realty since that time.

Jim has served buyer clients exclusively since 2000 listening to their specific needs and working tirelessly to find each client the perfect house to fit those needs. In addition to finding the perfect home, he helps each client with all of the details required to have a successful closing once the offer has been accepted.

Miller Bradford

Miller was born and raised in Birmingham before attending Auburn University where he earned his degree in Biomedical Sciences. He and his wife Sarah live in Birmingham now and are glad to be back. Miller joined his Dad at The Buyer’s Agent, Bradford Realty in May of 2017 and is enjoying working as an exclusive buyer’s agent.

Miller strives to provide his clients with the highest level of service during the search and purchase of their home. In addition to serving clients and helping them find their perfect home, he focuses on building the company’s client base through the use of different marketing strategies.
