The biggest advantage to our service is that we don’t list any properties for sale. That means we have no conflict of interest. Other agents often work for large real estate companies that list a lot of properties. Naturally, they’re not going to tell you what’s wrong with a house you are viewing. As you walk through, they’ll be pointing out the good features in hopes you will buy it. When I walk through a house with you, I’ll be pointing out any defects, since I have no ties to any particular house.
What does this cost? NOTHING
There is no extra charge to you when you hire us as your buyer’s agent. The seller will negotiate the commission with their listing agent. If the listing agent can bring a buyer to house they get to keep all of the commission. If there is a buyer’s agent, the seller pays the entire commission at closing and the closing attorney simply pays half the listing agent and half to the buyer’s agent. If it’s a For Sale By Owner home, then our fee will be included as part of the purchase price.
